Jamie Perkins is a licensed massage therapist in the state of Illinois. Jamie attended The Soma Institute in downtown Chicago for his massage therapy training. He enjoyed meeting a diversity of students by attending The Soma Institute. He has been practicing massage for the past 2 years.

In his massage therapy training he gained in-depth knowledge of human anatomy and physiology through palpation and text books. The massage modalities that were taught in school were from the clinical perspective. He has taken the knowledge gained from Soma and has applied it to clients to help his clients feel better and up lift their moods. Some of his best experiences have been as a massage therapist volunteer, volunteering his services to the community and seeing people get out of his massage chair happy and relaxed.
