| We are currently recruiting for our Coral Springs studio. Let me tell you a bit about our company, and if it sounds like a good fit, we can move forward with our process which includes a brief phone conversation. Following our conversation we will schedule the massage interview(s) and verbal interview(s).

We create an inviting, relaxing and professional experience. We offer discounted packages, as well as memberships to our Wellness Program, which will encourage clients to visit at least once monthly. We advertise heavily and average over 100 new clients monthly.

You will have employee status, so payroll taxes are deducted at each pay period (every other week) vs. a year-end 1099.
Work Place, Requirements, Hours and Pay Rates:
We provide a professional, clean, smoke-free environment in which to work. We have a strong team approach and you will meet a few different people during the process.
Our therapists must be able to commit to a minimum of three shifts per week, for 4-6 hours per shift and 4-5 massages per shift. Newly hired therapists earn an average of $25-$35 per 55-minute massage, including tips. After your probationary period you are eligible for an increase and bonuses.
All of our therapists must carry their own liability insurance from ABMP, AMTA or other similar organizations. If you are not currently insured, elements offers a discount on Professional Level insurance from ABMP and AMTA.
We provide clients, hydraulic tables, linens, hot stones, lotion and oils. In addition, we provide a comfortable environment conducive to healing and relaxation.
