| Job Description
To provide and maintain the highest standards of esthetics and Elemis treatments, recommendations for client homecare, daily operational procedures and overall excellent client care, creating a feeling of rest and relaxation for our guests, resulting in repeat client visits and increased treatment and retail sales for the Elemis Spa.
Job Requirements
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Provide consistent, high quality professional services to spa guests following and utilizing the established protocols of Elemis & Signature Services. 2. Use professional skill and knowledge to deliver high quality skill set, which meets the individual needs of each guest serviced. 3. Use effective communication skills to both prescribe the appropriate homecare regimen of products and services for each guest and to educate each guest regarding home maintenance as well as the benefit of additional services. 4. To recruit new guests to the salon by marketing outside the salon on a consistent basis. 5. Willingness to update technical skills by participating in on-going training. 6. Willingness to learn and follow all Elemis techniques and treatments. 7. To know well, understand, and be able to articulate information on product ingredients and actions. 8. Maintain a high level of productivity and assists in building the productivity of other team members through referrals. 9. To relay, with confidence, product and service benefits to clients. 10. Maintain a professional appearance at all times. 11. Abide by state laws, salon guidelines and policies in areas such as cleanliness to create a healthy and professional work environment for all guests and fellow staff.
Full Time or Part Time Therapists needed, conveniently located at JFK Airport. Hours are 3:45pm to 10:00pm Daily - Looking for Weekend, Weekdays coverage. Training provided for treatment protocols - Facials, Shoulder and Scalp Massages, Hand and Arm and Foot Treatments, and Shiatsu for LMT's.
